Have you always wanted to take your cycling skills on to dirt or refine your basic skills? Always wanted to learn to experience a thrilling different way of exploring the trails whether for exercise or sight seeing, this is your opportunity learn these skills from the masters. The Mountain Bike coaches and guides will take you step by step as you embrace the challenge of a new activity. You will learn proper sizing and fit, mounting and dismounting you mountain bike, proper braking techniques, shifting, proper techniques for ascending and descending hills as well as negotiating minor obstacles. The total ride distance will be between 2-3 miles on stunning easy fire roads and trails that have magnificent views and sites around every corner as you develop your skills and confidence with the best in the industry leading the way.
